Welcome to Highfield House in Dornoch, Northern Scotland. We are Isla and Hugh Fullerton-Smith, your hosts at the only establishment in town to be recommended by the Which? Good Bed & Breakfast Guide, Fodors and many others worldwide. We offer premier quality, affordable accommodation for a maximum of four guests giving us time to ensure our full attention to your Highland holiday.

Built 18 years ago, Highfield House stands in an acre of garden and private woodland with outstanding southerly views to the sea of the Dornoch Firth, Ross-shire hills, and the Struie Course of Royal Dornoch Golf Club.

Situated on the edge of the conservation area of our lovely small Dornoch community we are only a few hundred yards away from the town centre, glorious sandy beaches and Royal Dornoch Golf Club (0.6 miles).

Dornoch is a perfect location for exciting day trips to all the Far North, exploring the many local attractions or sampling the world class golf right on our doorstep.
